Membership Definitions

Lessons Memberships include a number of 30 minute lessons per month. Training will be a 1 on 1 with one of our qualified instructors covering hitting, pitching, defensive fielding or catching. All membership tiers have the option to add additional training sessions at a discounted rate. 

Athletic Performance Sessions 45 minute strength and agility classes developed specifically to improve athletic performance and your overall game. These classes are led by a qualified trainer who specialize in youth sports.

Half Cage Rental 30 minute HALF cage rentals are 25 ft batting cages that are suitable for hitting practice. These cages do not include a pitching machine. Cage rentals do not include individual training by a DSA instructor. 

Proteus Motion is a state of the art, 3 dimensional resistance strength training machine. Proteus allows you to create a player profile, walks you through strength assessments which track strength gains over time. Pre-programmed daily workouts walk you through a series of exercises and only take up to 15 minutes to do! Utilize this machine as a warmup or full workout. Recommended for players 12 and up however, may be used for players younger if desired.

Important Membership Policies

Renewals and monthly visits: All memberships renew the 1st of each month regardless of the date the membership was started. Monthly membership visits (lessons, rentals, performance sessions etc.) must be used within the month and do not rollover to the next month. A one time visit rollover exception may be granted for new members that were not able to use all of their visits within the first month of signup if signing up after the 1st week of that month.

Cancellations/Reschedules: 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A no-show or failure to notify us of cancellation within the cancellation window will result in a $15 no-show fee for each appointment. 

Upgrade/Downgrade your membership: Memberships may be upgraded or downgraded upon request and will be applied to the following month’s membership period. Downgrade requests received within 3 business days of a renewal will be eligible for a refund but subject to a processing fee.

Pausing your membership: If you need to pause your membership for any reason, please email us at davissportsacademy@gmail.com . Memberships may be paused indefinitely at a cost of $5 per month and will avoid having to pay the initial signup fee when you return. Please email us at davissportsacademy@gmail.com when you would like to reactivate your membership or cancel your membership for any reason.

Cancelling your membership: Memberships are month to month and do not require a contract or set term. If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, please email us at davissportsacademy@gmail.com . Cancellation requests received within 3 business days of a renewal will be eligible for a refund but subject to a processing fee. 

Failed renewal payments: Memberships renew automatically each month. If a membership renewal payment fails for any reason, this will result in a suspension of that membership and an email notice will be sent. Members will have 30 days to contact us and resume their membership or the membership will be cancelled. After a membership is cancelled, you may sign up for a new membership but an initial sign up fee will be applied.

Club memberships: A $30 administrative late fee charged for any failed renewal payments that are not resolved within 7 days of the renewal date. If the issue is not resolved by the 14th day, your child may not be permitted to practice or play games with the team. This policy only applies to club memberships and club development memberships during the baseball/softball season. We understand that occasionally problems will occur and encourage you to contact us to resolve them as soon as possible!
