Membership Definitions
Lessons - Elevate your game with our Lessons Memberships, offering multiple 30-minute personalized sessions each month. Experience one-on-one training with skilled instructors in hitting, pitching, fielding, or catching. Plus, all membership levels come with the option to add more training at special discounted rates.
Athletic Performance Sessions - Boost your game with our 45-minute Athletic Performance Sessions! These classes are specially designed to enhance strength and agility, tailored for peak athletic performance. Guided by experienced trainers specializing in youth sports, you're set for a transformative experience!
Proteus Motion - Experience cutting-edge fitness with Proteus Motion, the revolutionary 3D resistance strength training machine. Tailor your workout journey with a personal player profile and strength assessments that monitor your progress. Dive into efficient, pre-programmed daily workouts that take just 15 minutes, perfect for both warm-ups and full workout sessions. Ideal for players aged 12 and above, but also suitable for younger athletes looking to enhance their training.

Membership Policies
Renewals and Monthly Visits
Memberships are renewed automatically on the 1st of each month, irrespective of the original signup date. Monthly benefits, including Lessons, and Athletic Performance sessions, must be utilized within the same month and do not carry over to subsequent months. However, new members who sign up after the first week of the month may be eligible for a one-time exception to roll over unused visits to the following month.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failing to provide this notice, or no-shows, will incur a $15 fee for each missed appointment.
Membership Upgrades and Downgrades
You can request to upgrade or downgrade your membership, which will be effective from the next billing cycle. Downgrade requests made within three business days of the renewal date are eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
Pausing Your Membership
To pause your membership for any reason, please contact us at DavisSportsAcademy@gmail.com . Memberships can be paused indefinitely for a monthly fee of $5, which also exempts you from the initial signup fee upon your return. Notify us at the same email address to reactivate or cancel your membership.
Cancelling Your Membership
Our memberships are flexible, with no fixed-term contracts. To cancel, simply email us at DavisSportsAcademy@gmail.com . Cancellation requests within three business days of the next renewal are eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
Failed Renewal Payments
Memberships renew automatically. If a renewal payment fails, your membership will be suspended, and you will be notified by email. You have 30 days to resolve the issue to continue your membership; otherwise, it will be cancelled. A reactivation after cancellation will require a new signup fee.
Club Memberships
For club memberships, a $30 administrative late fee applies to unresolved failed renewal payments after 7 days. Failure to resolve the issue by the 14th day may result in the suspension of practice or game participation. This policy is specific to club and club development memberships during the baseball/softball season. We encourage prompt communication to resolve any payment issues.
